Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
